There have been recent incidents of individuals and groups falsely claiming to be associated with Dynasty Financial Partners LLC (“Dynasty”) and its employees on social media platforms and messaging apps, including WhatsApp and LinkedIn.
These imposters have engaged in a variety of unauthorized conduct, including soliciting individuals to participate in trading or investment schemes, using the genuine names and likenesses of Dynasty employees, and directing victims to unaffiliated third-party trading platforms and websites.
These are scams and are not sponsored, endorsed by, or in any way affiliated with or authorized by Dynasty.
Please be aware that Dynasty does not solicit investments, offer trading opportunities, or conduct other regulated business through social media platforms or messaging apps such as WhatsApp.
Dynasty and its employees, officers, affiliates, and agents are not responsible for any conduct by unauthorized parties or channels, nor for the services or information provided by such unauthorized parties.
