Jason Hyland, CAIA, CIMA, AIF, RMA

Jason Hyland is a Senior Vice President for the Investment Solutions Team at Dynasty Financial Partners where he works directly with financial advisors, founders, CIOs, and investment committees across the Dynasty network consulting on public and private markets, model portfolios, concentrated stock solutions, tax-aware investments, structured notes, third party SMAs, and the global market outlook. Their goal is to translate Dynasty’s investment platform capabilities and independent thought leadership into practical, scalable, and personalized investment solutions for advisors and the clients they serve.

Jason began his career in 2011 at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the Enforcement Investigations department. He also spent a year working with a team of Financial Advisors at UBS Wealth Management in New York. In 2013 Jason moved to Florida from New Jersey for a position at Franklin Templeton, where he worked for 12 years- mostly as an External Wholesaler. In 2025, Jason went on to work for Advisors Asset Management where he was responsible for distributing their Private Market offerings across the Southeast in addition to assisting in the buildout of their retail Wealth distribution team and strategy. Jason joined Dynasty and the Investment Solutions team in March of 2026.

Jason has obtained the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA), Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) and Retirement Management Analyst (RMA) designations and earned his bachelor’s degree from Wagner College in New York City where he was also a member of the Men’s Division 1 Football Team and currently lives in St. Petersburg with his wife Olivia, daughter Avril and dog Maverick.
