Jeremy Gilbert

Director, Strategic Partnerships

Jeremy Gilbert serves as Director of Strategic Partnerships at Dynasty Financial Partners, where he leads the firm’s strategic relationships with custodians, financial institutions, asset managers, fintech platforms, and enterprise resource partners. In this role, Jeremy is responsible for advancing Dynasty’s partnership ecosystem, leading enterprise-level negotiations, expanding strategic growth initiatives, and enhancing the firm’s platform capabilities and advisor value proposition. He works closely with executive leadership and external partners to deliver scalable business solutions, operational excellence, and long-term strategic value across Dynasty’s national advisor network.

Prior to assuming his current role, Jeremy served as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Dynasty, where he supported enterprise strategy, executive operations, organizational coordination, and key corporate initiatives across the firm.

Before joining Dynasty, Jeremy held leadership positions spanning operations, project management, corporate services, and strategic infrastructure. He served as a Senior Project Manager at RB Consulting Inc., overseeing large-scale initiatives for the Department of Veterans Affairs; Director of Operations for Rimôn, P.C., a global law firm; Vice President – Facility Manager at U.S. Bank, managing facilities operations across the Pacific Northwest; and Director of Workplace Solutions at The Heritage Foundation in Washington, D.C.

Jeremy also served in the U.S. Army, U.S. Army Reserves, and U.S. Army National Guard from 2005 to 2018 as both a Cavalry Scout and Infantry Officer. During his military career, he deployed to the Middle East, Africa, and Eastern Europe in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Temple University, a Master of Public Administration from Pennsylvania State University, and a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from Liberty University.
