Marc Hineman is Chief Operating Officer of Dynasty Financial Partners, where he leads core service offerings, technology & AI initiatives, and the execution of Dynasty’s integrated investment platform — the capabilities at the center of the firm’s TAMP offering.
With decades of experience across financial technology, capital markets operations, and corporate M&A, Marc brings a builder’s mindset to scaling platforms that enable independent advisors to grow and operate more efficiently. Prior to joining Dynasty, he served as COO at Pico and as COO of Electronic Trading Services at Wells Fargo Securities.
Marc is focused on delivering a seamless, scalable platform experience that empowers Dynasty’s Network Partners to compete and win.
